In the past century, women have actively worked toward shattering the stereotypes, rules, beliefs and thought patterns that keep us small and limit our power. Women have claimed their space in the world, and continue to carve out more, ensuring we have our voices heard, our work valued, and our worth recognized from without and within. We are powerful… and we are also busy. We are going, going, going, balancing all our tasks, our work, and our dreams, giving to others, giving to the world. Women today take on more roles than any time in history. We are leaders and business owners, creatives and healers, teachers and artists, advocates and visionaries, partners and mothers. It’s easy for us to get caught in this cycle, constantly doing, unconsciously hustling all the time. It’s exhausting. The Mother Hunger Immersive Retreat is your chance to pause and take a breath. It’s the space to step away from the doing, the multi-tasking, and the taking care of others. It’s the space to make yourself a priority for once. It’s the space you need to step back into who you are when you aren’t doing anything. To remember who you were before the world placed its expectations on you. In this space, you’ll find the essence of yourself and reconnect with your greatest desires, your inherent gifts and worth: no striving or earning required. This retreat is not an opportunity to fix anything, because you are not broken. Instead, it is an opportunity for you to do deep inner work on yourself in the company of similarly committed women under the guidance of skilled facilitators who have all done this work before you. We have found that for most of us, healing happens when we understand and accept all the parts of ourselves and move forward with compassion. You will begin your journey toward healing at the retreat, with an impact that can last decades, not just a surface feeling that fades within days or weeks. This experience is your opportunity to let your guard down, to stop trying to be perfect, to let your mind, body and heart do whatever they have been wanting to do: to breathe, to cry, to scream, to laugh, and to dance if you feel moved to do so. It is your opportunity to go into the heart of you, to be heard, to be seen, and to be loved and appreciated for the unique and amazing woman you are at your core. Your personal takeaways and healing will be unique to you, but these are some common breakthroughs that women have experienced after the Mother Hunger Immersive Retreat.
Your healing is essential to having a life that you love. You are worth it. An essential part of healing this attachment injury is having your experience acknowledged,...
