Registration is now open for my next 8-Week Virtual Mother Hunger Course! I've created this specialized 8-week virtual course for women designed to provide psychoeducation on the attachment injury that is Mother Hunger. We will learn how and why this injury occurs and discover what needs to be grieved in order to heal. With this course you receive 8 clinician led group sessions held live weekly, as well as 2 live Q&A sessions with me. During our meetings we will have group discussion and exercises. I provide you with journal prompts as well as access to a downloadable pdf handbook which will include all of the materials from our sessions together... as well as bonus content! All of our group sessions will be recorded and available to you the same day. If you cannot attend a live meeting, you can watch the recording back and submit any questions or comments that you may have from the session to me. I will give you exclusive access into my private Mother Hunger by Aluera Inc Network. Within this network all participants of the course will be able to engage in conversation with one another in a private, safe and nurturing community.
